Account & Login
Manage your account and login settings
We only collect the minimum information necessary (name, email) for app usage and never use it for other purposes. We comply with Google and Apple privacy policies to ensure your data is protected.
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. When deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Profile pictures automatically sync with your connected Google/Apple account. It may take a few minutes for changes to be reflected. Try logging out and back in if the issue persists.
Currently, you can only use the login method you initially selected. We plan to provide account linking functionality in future updates to allow changing login methods.
Daily Execution Management
Track and manage your daily tasks effectively
Yes, you can. You can re-enter scores for up to the past 3 days at any time. Re-entering a score in the to-do list for that date will update the existing record.
Records that are too old may lack accuracy, and it's more effective to focus on the present. Three days is an appropriate period where memories are still fresh while allowing you to catch up on missed records.
All records from previous stages are preserved. You can check them anytime in the performance analysis screen, and they're included in the overall goal achievement rate calculation.
You can pause goal execution anytime when needed due to schedule changes. Paused goals can be restarted, and the progress rate automatically updates according to the new schedule.
Entered scores are immediately reflected in daily and monthly average scores. Goal achievement rates, consecutive execution days, and overall performance scores are calculated in real-time and can be viewed in the performance analysis screen.
Performance Analysis
Understand your progress and achievements
Yes, all daily scores are included in average calculations. Days with 0% are actual results, so they're reflected in statistics for accurate analysis. This enables more objective performance evaluation.
The first half covers January-June (weeks 1-26), and the second half covers July-December (weeks 27-53). You can check weekly performance for each half-year period, enabling long-term pattern analysis.
All data before the goal modification is preserved. Modified goals are calculated with new criteria, and we provide accurate analysis by distinguishing between past and current data.
It displays data for the past 4 years based on the current year. For example, in 2025, you can see data from 2022-2025 in bar graphs.
It's the ideal progress line for achieving 100% during the goal period. By comparing with actual performance, you can easily identify whether your current progress is ahead or behind the target.
Notification Settings
Configure alerts and reminders
Yes, all notification settings are deleted along with the app. After reinstalling the app, you'll need to set up notifications again. You can restore settings through the cloud backup feature.
1) Check if notification permissions are enabled. 2) Check if 'Do Not Disturb' mode is off. 3) Check if the app is excluded from battery optimization settings. 4) If the problem persists, try reinstalling the app.
In the current version, the same notification time applies to all goals. However, we plan to provide individual notification settings per goal in future updates.
Yes, notifications work based on your phone's current timezone. Even when traveling abroad, notifications are automatically sent according to local time without needing setting changes.
Turning off the 'Goal Reminder' switch in the app's notification settings immediately stops all notifications. When turned back on, notifications resume with existing settings. This is useful during vacations or special situations.
Backup & Restore
Protect and transfer your data safely
Automatic backup runs every Sunday by default. The BackupSchedulerService manages the schedule, and users can enable/disable automatic backup in settings. The backup cycle is optimized considering data usage and battery efficiency.
Backup files are securely stored in cloud storage through HybridBackupService. All data is encrypted during transmission and storage, and only you have the decryption key, ensuring complete privacy protection.
Backup saves all current device data to the cloud, while sync brings the latest data from other devices or cloud to the current device. Backup is for data protection, while sync is for data consistency across multiple devices.
After installing the app on a new device, log in with the same account to access backed-up data. Use the 'Restore' function to completely restore all backed-up goals, to-dos, and gratitude journal data to the new device.
Restoration completely replaces all current device data with backup data. This action cannot be undone, so if current data is important, we recommend backing it up first. A confirmation dialog appears before restoration.
All backup data is protected with military-grade AES-256 encryption. Encryption keys are generated and managed only on your device, so service providers or third parties cannot access the data. TLS encryption provides additional security during transmission.
Cloud backup requires internet connection, but local backup is also available. In offline environments, temporary backups are created in device storage and automatically uploaded to cloud when connection is restored.
